I recently celebrated a milestone birthday and that led my to do some reflecting on my life. As I look back over the years the one thing that I have seen over and over again is that God is faithful. Regardless of the situation or how things appeared at the time, God has always been faithful to me and my family. It started when I was a child and I realized that I need to accept Jesus as my Savior.

One of the most well-known stories from the Bible is about two very different men who cross paths on one incredible day. The first man was a giant and a champion warrior. He was large and physically imposing, but he didn’t know God or care to allow God to impact his life. The second was a small young man who intimidated no one, but he followed God’s calling on his life.

In these troubling financial times, I have been extremely fortunate to have been making more money than I have ever made in my life. Some could say that I am lucky and that might be true; however I suspect it has more to do with the way I live my life than any good luck charm.

Did you know that statistics claim there are over 4,000 types of fear? If you think about this, it really is true. One can have fear of almost any imaginable thing there is.

In our self-help society, the conventional wisdom is that you must control every aspect of your life to find success and happiness. What a shock, then, when so many people finally achieve the career goals they have worked so hard for over the years only to discover that the attainment of their goals didn\’t bring them the happiness they anticipated.

For it is Gods plan !
